Passion Fruit Salmon
Ingredients
- 2 sour passion fruits (Maracuja)
- 2 spoons of butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 800 g of salmon fillet
Method
Step 1
Cut the passion fruit in half, put the pulp in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
Step 2
Put the juice in a colander, reserve the juice and discard the seeds.
Step 3
Melt the butter, add the onion and brown a little.
Step 4
Add the parsley and passion fruit juice, mix and bring to a boil.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
Step 8
Heat a pan and add the oil, when it is hot, fry the salmon on both sides for only 4 minutes, on each side.
Step 9
Do not constantly turn the salmon, put the fish on the plate and sprinkle with the hot sauce, you can decorate it with the seeds of the passion fruit.
