Pudim de Padaria

Pudim de Padaria, would be the Classic Milk pudding but prepared differently they add the flour while the homemade one we do it without.

Ingredients

  • - CARAMEL -
  • ½ glass of sugar
  • ½ glass of water
  • - Pudding -
  • 1 glass of flour
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 3 glasses of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g of grated dry coconut

Method

Step 1

- CARAMEL -

Step 2

Take a small saucepan and put the sugar and water, on medium heat boil when it begins to boil, lower the heat and turn until you see that it becomes caramel color after which pour it on the donut shape and cover the whole surface where the pudding will go.

Step 3

- PUDDING -

Step 4

Blend all the ingredients with the blender.

Step 5

Gently pour into the caramelized form.

Step 6

Cook for 1 hour in a water bath.

Step 7

Leave to cool and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Step 8

Place a plate on top of the form and turn so that it falls into the plate. (I recommend with a knife to check that it is not attached to the wall of the form before turning on the plate.) E Serve ....
