Cold cake with cold cuts

Cold pie with salami, it is a recipe made with ham, mortadella, mozzarella, carrots, olives and many other very good ingredients but it takes a little patience to prepare it.

But I assure you that it is worth it and in addition you will make a nice figure with friends and relatives by presenting this cake, they will think it is sweet but instead not and salty.

Ingredients

  • - SPICY MAYONNAISE -
  • 500 g of Mayonnaise
  • 2 Brick of Cream
  • 1 cup of Natural Yoghurt 170g
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 Boulder of Chives
  • 1 Boulder of Parsley
  • - SALAMI FILLING -
  • 100 g finely chopped Mortadella
  • 150 g finely chopped ham
  • 200 g of finely chopped Mozzarella
  • 125 g finely chopped green olives
  • Half Red pepper finely chopped
  • 2 pickled cucumbers finely chopped
  • - SALAD FILLING -
  • 8 Lettuce leaves finely chopped
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 70 g of corn
  • - DECORATION -
  • mayonnaise
  • 2 Conf. Of Crisps stick can be found at the supermarket or bar of the sancarlo or other brand
  • 1.6 kg of toast cream (Remove the skins)

Method

Step 1

- SPICY MAYONNAISE -

Step 2

Blend all the ingredients and set it aside

- SALAMI FILLING -

Step 4

Mix all the ingredients and keep it aside.

- SALAD FILLING -

Mix all the ingredients and keep it aside.

- ASSEMBLY -

Step 8

Take a tray of your choice I used a rectangular tray measuring 40x30cm

Step 9

Take the first slices of cream and spread the spiced mayonnaise before putting it on the tray so that it adheres to the surface, do this procedure until you cover the surface with the size you want to make of the cake.

Step 10

Spread the spiced mayonnaise on the whole surface of the panne that are placed on the tray

Step 11

Spread the first layer of salami stuffing on the surface after you have passed the mayonnaise.

Step 12

Spread the spiced mayonnaise on the cream before putting on top of the filling, do this procedure until you cover the surface.

Step 13

Spread the spiced mayonnaise on the whole surface of the panne.

Step 14

Spread the spiced mayonnaise before putting on the filling, do this procedure until you cover the surface.

Step 15

Spread the last layer of salami stuffing on the surface after you have passed the mayonnaise.

Step 16

Spread the spiced mayonnaise on the cream before putting on top of the filling, do this procedure until you cover the surface.

Step 17

Now spread the salad filling then cover with the last layer of cream with spiced and fine mayonnaise.

Step 18

- DECORATION COVERAGE - Spread the mayonnaise on the surface and sides of the cake then cover with the potato sticks
