Chocolate Pudding Cake
Chocolate Pudding Cake is my daughters favorite recipe. Here every time they quarrel about the type of dessert to make, who wanted the Milk Pudding and who wanted the Chocolate Cake.
Then I started to make this recipe Chocolate Cake with Pudding all in one ... A delight to many like. When friends come home to make no mistake, I prepare this dessert.
It is guaranteed that everyone likes it.
Ingredients
- - CARAMEL -
- 200 g of sugar
- - CAKE -
- 150 g of Margarine
- 200 g of sugar
- 3 Eggs lightly beaten
- 120 ml of milk
- 248 g of flour
- 82 g of cocoa powder
- 1 Sachet of Yeast
- - Pudding -
- 4 eggs
- 1 Latina Condensed Milk or on the website there is the recipe to produce it.
- 2 Measurements of the same Latin as condensed milk with normal milk
Method
Step 1
- CARAMEL -
Step 2
Put the sugar in a donut shape and melt the sugar over low heat, then cover the surface of the donut with the caramel too so as not to attack the preparation during cooking.
Step 3
- CAKE -
Step 4
Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy.
Step 5
Add eggs, milk and mix well.
Step 6
Sift the flour, chocolate and baking powder directly into the dough bowl and mix with a wooden spoon.
Step 7
Transfer the dough into the shape characterized. And put it aside.
Step 8
- PUDDING -

Blend all the ingredients with the blender.
Step 10
Gently pour into the form where the cake is.
Step 11
Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour in a water bath.
Step 12
Leave to cool and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Step 13
Place a plate on top of the form and turn so that it falls into the plate. (I recommend with a knife to check that it is not attached to the wall of the form before turning on the plate.) E Serve ....
