Brigadeiro Prestige Brazilian Chocolate Cake with Coconut Filling
Brazilian Chocolate Prestige Brigadeiro Cake, I don't know exactly the origin of this recipe, but the prestigious cake is probably inspired by the prestigious chocolate mixed with coconut and milk chocolate.
This recipe reminds me very much of my childhood and on Sunday afternoon my mother went to clean the kitchen and made this recipe.
Either way, this recipe is a delight and I find it hard that anyone has ever tried it.

Ingredients
- - MIXTURE -
- 4 eggs
- 4 spoons of butter
- 1 and ½ cup of sugar
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 cup of hot milk
- 1 cup of chocolate powder
- 1 Sachet of Yeast for Cakes
- - STUFFED -
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 glass of coconut milk
- 1 glass of milk
- 50 g of Grated Coconut
- - GLAZE -
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 glass of milk
- 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- Chocolate sprinkles
Method

- MIXTURE -

Beat the egg whites and set aside.
Step 3
Beat the egg yolks, butter and sugar until soft. Gradually add the flour, mixed with the chocolate, alternating with the hot milk, so that the dough does not become heavy. Add the yeast. Finally, to finish add the whipped egg whites. and mix gently.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a greased, floured pan and bake for about 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 270 °

Bring all the ingredients in a large saucepan over the heat, stirring constantly until the filling is firm and creamy, the time is about 10-15 minutes, but remove from the heat only when the cooking milk has become Creamy.

- GLAZE -

Cook the milk with the condensed milk and the chocolate powder until it becomes creamy like Brigadeiro, be careful not to harden it and turn off the heat and set it aside.

- ASSEMBLY -

Baked cake ready, take it out and cut it with the help of a nylon thread or a knife in two equal layers.

Spread all the filling, preferably still hot, so that it can get into the dough a little without leaving it soaked.

Then place the second layer of the cake on top of the filling, and on the second layer of the cake cover with the icing with the help of a spatula, then cover the whole cake with the chocolate sprinkles.
