Baked Tilapia, very good. I recommend you try this recipe.
If you are unable to use the tilapia fish without compromising the outcome of your recipe, substitute it with any other fish white, thin. Depending on your needs, good choices include black bass, fish cat, flounder, fish mirror atlantic, snapper and rainbow trout.
Ingredients
- 1 Tilapia fish
- Lemon juice
- 1 ripe tomato cut into slices
- 1 onion cut into slices
- Seasoning to taste
- Olive oil
- 2 medium potatoes
- Dehydrated parsley
Suggestion:
If you don't know how to clean the fish, ask the fishmonger to clean everything, remove the scales and make small cuts on the skin to make the dressing fit.
Method
Step 1
Place the fish on a tin lined with foil.
Step 2
Wash the fish well with the lemon juice.
Step 3
Season it inside and out with your favorite topping. I used garlic and salt dressing.
Step 4
Wet it with plenty of oil.
Step 5
Arrange the potato slices, onion and tomato around the fish.
Step 6
Sprinkle the potatoes with the parsley and cover the fish with the two foil leaves.
Step 7
Cook the fish in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 30 minutes.
Step 8
Uncover it and bake for another 20 minutes or so, or until the water dries a little.
Step 9
Season with the liquid to make it tender and appetizing. To serve
