Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 kg of cleaned prawns
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
- 4 spoons of brandy
- 100 g of chopped mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1 spoonful of mustard
- 1 pack cream
Method
Step 1
Clean the prawns, remove the shells and wash them very well in water and lemon, drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown the onion.
Step 3
Add the prawns and mix well, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Heat the cognac in a shelf, until it catches fire and pour it over the shrimp, flaming them. (be careful)
Step 5
Add the mushrooms, ketchup, mustard and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 6
When you go to serve at the table, add the cream, mix well and heat without boiling.
Step 7
Tip: Serve with white rice and stick potatoes.
