Passion Fruit Salmon
Ingredients
- 500 g of salmon fillet
- Pitted olives Cut into slices
- Origan
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce (soy sauce)
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Lemon
- 1/2 sliced onion
- Tinfoil
Method
Step 1
Wash the salmon with the lemon juice.
Step 2
Heat the oil and add the sliced onion, leaving it on the stove until transparent. Reserve.
Step 3
Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil so that the leftovers are enough to line up all the fish.
Step 4
On the foil on the baking sheet, place the fish already seasoned with salt, drizzle with olive oil and soy sauce.
Step 5
Garnish with slices of olives and a little oregano. Pour the onion on top. Wrap with aluminum foil, so the liquid doesn't spill out when it starts to heat up.
Step 6
Bake in a medium oven for about 30 minutes.
Step 7
Serve with vegetables and green salad.
