Ingredients

  • 1 Fresh Coconut deprived of the brown peel cut into squares
  • 395g of condensed milk one can
  • Butter to taste
  • 1 egg
  • Sugar to taste
  • dry grated coconut buys it for decoration
  • coconut water.

Method

Step 1

Blend the fresh coconut with the condensed milk

Step 2

Pour the mixture into a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of melted butter and the beaten egg.

Step 3

Take a shape or baking dish with parchment paper or buy your favorite pour the mixture.

Step 4

Pour the mixture and bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° for 45 minutes

Step 5

Remove from the oven and let it cool. Turn it over onto the serving plate

In a small pan, dissolve the sugar in the coconut water.

Step 7

with a brush, brush the whole cake with the coconut water and sugar, then sprinkle with the grated coconut and serve.
