Homemade Barbecue Sauce Recipe
Barbecue Sauce Recipe, it's not that easy to find a good one, this was the best recipe I've ever made, the sauce is divine and it's super easy to prepare.
Barbecue Sauce Can be used in various meats, spare ribs, baked chicken, every time will be divine.
Ingredients
- 2 bottles of Buon Catch-up 800g
- 1 spoonful of mustard
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (recipe cannot be made with alcohol)
- 1 Spoon of Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 spoonful of cumin
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 Teaspoon of Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 40ml of Jack Daniel's or other Bourbon / Whiskey or Dark aged Rum
- 4 Spoons of Liquid Smoke (Optional)
- Salt to taste (Very small and only if you need it !! I have not used it in my recipe)
Method
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients in a pan, until all the ingredients are mixed well.
Step 2
Bring on medium / low heat to reduce, from 30 to 40 minutes, stirring constantly every 5 minutes
Step 3
Leave to cool to room temperature and pour into the appropriate containers or into the containers you used for the recipe.
