Ingredients
- 2 sour passion fruits
- 2 spoons of butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 800g of salmon fillet
Method
Step 1
Cut the passion fruit in half, remove the peel and blend the pulp for 30 seconds.
Step 2
Sift the maracuja juice, reserve it and discard the seeds.
Step 3
In a saucepan melt the butter, add the onion and fry.
Step 4
Add the maracuja juice, add salt and pepper to taste cook for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Heat the pan and put the olive oil when it is hot fry the salmon on both sides for 4 minutes each side
Step 7
Put the fish on the plate and sprinkle it with the passion fruit sauce still hot.
Step 8
