Step 1

First wash the oxtail with vinegar.

Step 2

Then season with salt, pepper and green smell.

Step 3

In a 7 liter pressure cooker, add the olive oil.

Add the chopped onion and garlic.

When it is golden brown, roll the oxtail and stir to add the dressing.
