Many people want to try it at home surely after going to eat in a Brazilian restaurant, who normally give these Brazilian Cheese Sandwich Recipe as an appetizer or appetizer together with kibi, fried polenta and fried tapioca.

Unfortunately, the real cheese sandwich recipe cannot be done so easily here in Italy due to the lack of ingredients or better the minas cheese.

So we have to adapt the recipe.

The positive thing about this pao de queljo recipe that is gluten-free, classic flour should not be used, but must be made with tapioca flour.

Surely you are wondering where you can find this flour, you can buy it at the hyper market carrefour seen it several times or in the ethnic shops of Bangladesh that you will find everything you want from South America.

If you go there, I recommend you also buy branded Guarana non-alcoholic drink antarctica or Brahma .

With the cheese sandwich it's the end of the world.
