Lemon Mouse Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 can of condensed milk 395g
- 300g cooking cream
- 20g of gelatin powder
- Juice and grated peel of 3 limes
Method
Step 1
Boil the water and dissolve the gelatin +/- 1 minutes.
Step 2
In a blender put the condensed milk, cooking cream, melted jelly, and lemon juice whisk for 1 minute
Step 3
Pour into a form or container
Step 4
Refrigerate until it solidifies us +/- 1 hour. After that, before serving, sprinkle it with the lemon juice, and decorate as you wish.
