Traditional Quindim

Traditional Quindim, I really wanted to, today I woke up with a strong desire to eat one of those yellow sweets that are displayed in the windows of the bakeries in Brazil! Do you know what it is?

Quindim made with egg yolks, but it doesn't have that yolk smell or taste.

Do you want to know how to prepare this delicious yellow dessert?

So come with me and I will teach you how to make Quindim without the smell of egg with coconut milk, which looks like a bakery, very yellow, creamy and firm as a Traditional baked quindim should be.

The good thing is that this recipe makes a lot, with this amount of ingredients you will be able to prepare 25 quindim, but whoever wants can double the recipe and do much more.

Another cool thing is that to make this simple traditional quindim recipe, you won't need a mixer and you won't need a blender, it's very practical, it's all hand-beaten.

I'm sure this recipe is simpler than you can imagine.

INDICATIONS

Remove the thin film (membrane) from the red of the eggs with your index finger and thumb you can remove it taking care not to break the red of the egg. The purpose of removing it is simply because that would be the placenta and responsible for that unpleasant smell that leaves the eggs.
