Ingredients

  • 250ml of coconut milk
  • 50g of grated coconut
  • 10 egg yolks
  • 200 g of sugar
  • butter and sugar, to be fattened

Method

Step 1

Tip: Egg whites will not be used in this recipe, but you can save them to prepare a sigh or egg pudding.

Step 3

Then grease a baking sheet with a hole in the middle, grease with butter and sugar.

Step 4

Bake in a preheated low oven in a water bath for about 30 minutes, covered with aluminum foil.
