Pudim de Mamao “Budino alla Papaia”

Dai un’occhiata a questa ricetta esclusiva di Budino alla Papaya, that every time I prepare I always get nice appreciation from friends.
Ingredients
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 Confession of cream for desserts
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 Ripe Papaya
- water
- FOR THE CARAMEL:
- 480 gr of sugar
- 200 ml of water
- 1 slice of papaya
Method
Step 1
Remove the peel from the papaya and cut into cubes.
Step 2
Put all the pudding ingredients in the blender with the papaya cubes, blend to mix everything.
Step 3
Grease the silicone or plastic donut shape with margarine, and pour the contents of the blender.
Step 4
Put it in the microwave for 9 minutes after which leave it to cool in the fridge for an hour.
Step 5
For the caramel: Cut the papaya peel into strips and boil it in water twice, rinsing it.
Step 6
Put the sugar in a saucepan and melt it over medium heat
Step 7
Add water, strips and press the papaya pulp.
Step 8
Put the papaya strips on top of the pudding to decorate and with the hot pour on.
