Pina Colada
Pina Colada it is said that it was invented by an old sea dog, the pirate Roberto Cofresí, between one raid and the other.
There is no reliable data in this regard, indeed it is in all probability a legend, and certainly the mixture served by the pirate was a way to smooth the rough and sharp soul of the rum.
Many claim paternity, the only fact is that Puerto Rico has made it official as a drink on the island.
Ingredients
- 1 and a half dose of rum
- 3 doses of pineapple juice
- 1 dose of Coconut Milk
- 1 things of Condensed Milk
- 6 ice cubes
Method
Step 1
Put the ingredients in order in a shaker

Beat for about 10 seconds
Step 3
Garnish a glass with a pineapple wedge
Step 4
Above cover with grated coconut
