Coconut milk fish you can use dogfish, swordfish or similar
Ingredients
- 8 steaks of dogfish
- 200 ml of coconut milk
- Coriander, parsley to taste
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Seasoning to your liking (salt, pepper, garlic puree)
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 large onions cut into slices
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- 100 ml of palm oil
- 1/2 green pepper cut into slices
- 1/2 yellow pepper cut into slices
- 1/2 red pepper cut into slices
Method
Step 1
Season the fish with lemon juice, salt, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and leave to flavor for 30 minutes.
Step 2
In a pan put the palm oil, the onion and let it soften, then add the peppers and the water well.
Step 3
Add the tomatoes and boil for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Now add the fish and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Add the coconut milk.
Step 6
Correct the seasoning and remove from the heat.
Step 7
Arrange on a serving dish, sprinkle with parsley, coriander and serve with white rice.
