Another recipe that I recommend is the pachoca by amendoin (peanut cake) also this very good and easy to prepare and should not be cooked.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 3 cups of skinless roasted peanuts

Method

Step 1

Dissolve the sugar, being careful not to burn or get the balls.

Step 2

Slowly pour in the condensed milk.

Step 3

Then add the peanuts, stir until they are detached from the pan.

Step 4

In a smooth work surface, grease it with margarine and pour the preparation.

Step 5

Step 6

Spread it and make it 1cm high.

Step 7

Once cool, cut it into squares.
