Sweet Milk Pave with Chocolate Coating

Pave al Dolce di Latte a typical dessert that we make in Brazil similar to Tiramisu, except that instead of using Savoiardi we use biscuits similar to Oro Saiwa.

The dessert can be made in thousands of different ways and all one better than the other in this recipe I will present the recipe: Milk Cake Pavè with Chocolate Coating.

Ingredients

  • 250 g of Saiwa Gold biscuit or similar
  • 400 g of Dolce di Latte on the site you will find the recipe to create it
  • - HOT -
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 100 ml of water
  • - COVERAGE -
  • 200 g Milk Chocolate Bar
  • 1 Pack of Milk Cream

Method

Step 1

- HOT -

Step 2

In a saucepan, put the water with the sugar over medium heat and melt. Then let it cool.

Step 3

- PAVE -

Step 4

Pass the biscuits in the hot sugar and place them side by side in a possibly rectangular baking dish.

Step 5

Cover with a layer of Dolce di Latte.

Step 6

Repeat the first step biscuit procedure and cover with the Sweet Milk.

Step 7

- COVERAGE -

Step 8

Melt the Chocolate with the Micro-wave Milk Cream or Bain Marie

Step 9

Mix well until the cream becomes smooth and homogeneous. Get it Cool

Step 10

Take the Pavè and Cover the last layer with the chocolate cream.

Step 11

Bring it to the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.
