Ingredients
- 300 ml of milk
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 eggs
- 500 g tapioca flour
- 250 g Coarsely grated Parmesan cheese
- 150 ml of oil
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 °
Step 2
In a saucepan, bring the milk to the boil with the oil and salt.
Step 3
As soon as the mixture starts to boil, turn off the heat and remove it from the stove
Step 4
In a bowl add the mixture to boil and add the tapioca flour all at once and mix well, quick movements.
Step 5
As soon as the mixture is firm and soft and detaches from the bowl or container, let it cool slightly.
Step 6
Add one egg at a time and finally add the cheese by mixing well.
Step 7
With oiled hands form small balls of about 4 cm in diameter.
Step 8
Arrange them spaced apart on the baking sheet.
Step 9
Bake the cheese sandwiches for about 25 minutes
Step 10
I advise you to serve them freshly made. But even cold are delicious.
