Pane da Forma molto semplice da farlo, questa è la ricetta di mia Zia Mide. Ogni volta che l’andavo a trovare in Brasile mi faceva questo pane.

Very good I loved eating it as soon as it was removed from the oven with salted butter.

Ingredients

Method

Step 1

Mix the flour, baking powder and sugar, make a hole in the center and add the oil and salt.

Step 2

Gradually, stirring, add the water and knead until it comes off your hands.

Step 3

Knead for about 10 minutes, cover with a cloth and let rise for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Squeeze the air and shape one or more loaves into the shape you prefer.

Step 5

Arrange on a baking sheet and let rise for another 20 minutes or until doubled.

Step 6

Bake in a preheated medium oven (200 ºC) for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 7

Note: Makes 3 loaves of approximately 580g each
