Homemade milk bread version without eggs.

Ingredients
- 60 g of fresh yeast for bread
- 2 spoons of sugar
- 1 spoonful of salt
- 1 cup (tea) of seed oil
- 1/2 liter of warm milk
- 1 kg of flour 00
Method
Step 1
Mix the yeast with the sugar, gradually add the milk, oil, salt and flour, knead for about 5 minutes.
Step 2
The dough should come off your hands.
Step 3
Place on a tray covered with cling film and let the dough rest for about 1 hour, until it doubles in size.
Step 4
Divide the dough into 2/3 parts make the shape you like best and put them in a shape with parchment paper or greased with oil, let it rest for another 30 minutes.
Step 5
Bake in a medium oven at 180 ° until golden brown.
