Ingredients

  • 1 liter of hot milk with 2 cubes of melted vegetable broth
  • 500 g of grated Lombard Quartirolo cheese
  • 500 g of granulated tapioca
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 1 common red chilli minced for flavor
  • salt

Method

Step 1

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Step 2

Pour the mixture into another container and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

Step 3

Cut the dough to taste and fry in oil at 180º until golden brown.
