Roasted Black Sea Bass Fillet

Roasted Black Sea Bass Fillet, very good. The original recipe must be used Tilapia but it is also very good with this fish.
Ingredients
- 1 kg of Black Sea Bass fillet
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 4 sliced tomatoes
- 4 sliced onions
- 1/2 cup chopped black olives
- 1/2 kg of boiled potatoes
- 1 tbsp butter
- 90g of sour cream
- 300 g of grated mozzarella for cooking
- Olive oil
- salt
Method
Step 1
Season the fillets with lemon and salt.
Step 2
Put a layer of onion and tomato in a baking dish and lay a layer of fillets on top.
Step 3
Cover with another layer of onion, tomato and then the olives and sprinkle with olive oil.
Step 4
Bake for 15 minutes in a high oven.
Step 5
To put aside
Step 6
In another bowl, squeeze the potatoes.
Step 7
In a saucepan, melt the butter, put the potatoes and cream into a puree.
Step 8
Then put the puree over the fillets, sprinkle with mozzarella
Step 9
Bake for another 5 minutes and serve.
