Wurstel Enroladinho with Toast Bread
Enroladinho di Wurstel with Toast bread, I recommend it if you want to do it for a party for children or why not also for guests as an appetizer made with toast bread with breadcrumbs and sausage eggs.
If you want you can put a skewer so instead very nice for children so they do not take the enroladinho directly with their hand, as in the photo.
Ingredients
- 10 Wurstell
- 10 Slices of Toast Bread
- 3 eggs
- 2 Spoons of Water or Milk
- Bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper as required
Method
Step 1
Put the eggs, water, salt and pepper in a container and mix well.
Step 2
Take a slice of bread, with a rolling pin you have to roll out the bread until it becomes thin.
Step 3
Put a sausage on top of the bread, turn until it is completely covered (if you want, put a skewer as in the photo)
Step 4
And now make the breading, first in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs twice this operation.
Step 5
Fry in hot oil until golden brown. repeat the procedure for all the frankfurter numbers.
