Pumpkin Cake with Coconut

Ingredients
- 1 kg of pumpkin
- 1 kg of sugar
- 3 whole sticks of cinnamon
- 100 g of Grated Coconut (even those ready from the supermarket)
- 4 cloves
- 3 Spoons of Water
Method
Step 1
Peel the pumpkin, cut it into pieces (square pieces of about 4 or 5 cm), add the water and cook with the lid on for about 5 minutes
Step 2
Once cooked, let the water flow and bring to the fire in a pan with the sugar, clove and cinnamon with the help of the whisk, turn and mash the pumpkin
Step 3
Leave on the heat and stir until you see that it begins to detach us from the bottom of the pan.
Step 4
On low heat, add the coconut and mix well.
Step 5
Keep stirring until it detaches us again from the bottom of the pan.
Step 6
To serve. (I recommend the recipe is also good with cream and / or cream)
