Ingredients

  • OPTION 1
  • 1 kg of ribs
  • 1 Onion cut into rings
  • 1 cube of meat (roasted)

Method

Step 1

Choose one of the two options. Put all three ingredients in the pressure pan, if the ribs are lean add 1 glass of water.

Step 2

Close the pan and cook for 40-50 minutes over low heat.

Step 3

Shake the pan every now and then, without opening the pan, you just have to move to the sides.

Step 4

After cooking, turn off the heat, release the pressure and then open the pressure pan.

Step 5
