Ingredients

  • 1 cup of condensed milk
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 250 g of melted dark chocolate
  • 4 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • 2 tablespoons of rum (optional)
  • 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin powder
  • Oil to lubricate the form
  • chocolate sprinkles and cherries in syrup to garnish

Method

Step 1

In a blender, whisk all the ingredients except the last one to garnish for 2 minutes

Step 2

Pour into a 20 cm wide buttered donut shape and refrigerate for 4 hours or until thick.

Step 3

Remove from the fridge, turn out and garnish with the chocolate and cherry sprinkles.

Step 4
