These delicious cookies are super practical and quick to prepare. I made the caper, garlic and cayenne pepper biscuits, but you can make whatever you want, it should be wonderful with dried tomatoes and basil, parmesan and anchovies, garlic and rosemary. Unleash your creativity and open a good drink.

Ingredients

Method

Step 1

Put all the ingredients in a small food processor and beat until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Step 2

Remove from the oven, form the dough into a ball and cover with wallpaper. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Open the dough with a floured rolling pin and cut the biscuits with a cutter. (You can also use a shot glass, one of those cachaça)

Step 4

Carefully put the cookies in a greased and floured form, if necessary, put back in the refrigerator for another 15 minutes.

Step 5

Place in a preheated oven at 200 ºC and cook until golden brown. (This may take 5 to 8 minutes)
