beijinho
Beijinho (basin in Portuguese) is a variant of the most famous Brigadeiro instead of cocoa powder, grated coconut flour is used, so as to have delicious coconut-flavored Bon Bon.
I used the Condensed Milk which I prepared the link here, to prepare this delicious dessert, my daughters go crazy one by one with the other.
I also prepare them for birthdays or for important days like Valentine's Day, also because we want to give a Beijinho on Valentine's Day or not? -P
I leave you with the recipe.
Ingredients
- 200 ml of condensed milk
- 2 spoons of coconut flour
- 1 tbsp butter
- Cloves for decoration
- Grated coconut for coverage
Method
Step 1
In a saucepan mix 200 ml of condensed milk, 2 tablespoons of coconut flour and a spoonful of butter
Step 2
Mix the ingredients well, stirring constantly with a spoon so as not to burn and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring until the mixture becomes thick and detaches from the bottom of the saucepan.
Step 3
Remove from the heat and transfer the mixture to a buttered bowl and let it cool.
Step 4
Once cooled, with your hands form small balls and roll them in the grated coconut.
Step 5
As the beijinos are ready, put them in the paper cups and insert a clove on each one.
Step 6
Now you are ready to make a good impression with friends, relatives or with the parents of your children ;-P
