Vinagrette recipe for BBQ and / or Fish
Brazilian Vinagrette recipe, usually used to season the BBQ, even some types of grilled fish or smoked BBQ.
But between saying and doing there is the sea to say some friends of mine, I like to use this seasoning to mix with Brazilian rice.
So it all depends on how you like it.
However below I indicate the procedure for making this recipe vinagrette I hope you like it and that you write a comment on it.
Ingredients
- ½ cup (tea) of finely chopped green olives
- ½ teaspoon green smell finely chopped (parsley - chives)
- ½ cup of vinegar
- ½ glass of water
- 1 cup of olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 onions cut into small cubes
- 1 green pepper into small cubes
- 5 small diced tomatoes
Method
Step 1
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients thoroughly and leave to rest for 30 minutes before serving.
