Simple blender mayonnaise

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar (or lemon juice)
- 300 ml of Seed oil (about 1 ¼ cup (tea))
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Put all the ingredients in the blender except the oil.
Step 2
Put the cap on and blend on low speed
Step 3
After turning it on, add the oil slowly until it reaches the consistency of mayonnaise.
Step 4
When it hardens, stop, because if you keep blending it will disassemble.
